Last month was really busy for us, first François and Anouk both celebrated their 25th birthday and there was SPASM festival, which brings lots of preparation work!!
SPASM
For a fifth year, SPASM festival was a success, Congrats to Jarrett, Gil, Sylvain and the entire team!!
We had tons of fun to some awesome nights like Total Crap Vs Dj XL5, la soirée Carnior, le Cabaret Trash, le Cabaret Kino (where we got to work on some of the shorts) and finally, La grande soirée d'horreur. For those who were present to this horror night, have witnessed the BAGMAN 's first live apparition, when he got to collect yet another head (Martin Plouffe).
The BAGMAN team wants to Congratulate David Charbonneau, winner of the public's choice award as well as the jury's goriest movie with his short: C'est ça qui arrive quand on boit de l'antigel (That's what happens when you drink antifreeze liquid), a neat hommage to Street trash that have been "cooked" with BAGMAN, Profession:Meurtrier's rest of blue and green food coloring. ;)
BAGMAN - 2008
Le BAGMAN crew and DEATHBYMEDIA team their talents for the BAGMAN feature lenght movie!!
Jean-Philippe Bernier of DBMfilms will be the DOP on the team! You can already see the awesome result of his work on the teaser which some of you maybe already saw atSPASM festival and which will be online very soon. Thanks JP!
We are currently working on the pre-prod, and we plan on starting to shoot in summer 2007!!!
NEW MERCH
Just in time for the festival, we got new t-shirts and news BAGMAN 1"buttons!! If you missed it, you can get them online!
All the founds received from the merch will go directly to help finance the feature lenght movie!

TERROR PROJECT 6
Le BAGMAN crew will be representing Quebec in this Michael Abbate and Colin Vettier's project of France! TR6 is a 6 french shorts series about Zombies directed in France, Suisse and here.
PROJECTS WITH CARNIOR AND KABARET KINO
We are very busy with the pre-prod, but we still got the chance to work on Malajube's latest music video directed by Carnior! François and Anouk created the special effects you can see in this music video entitled La fille à plumes on MusiquePlus!
During the Kabaret Kino Spasm, cooked some home made zombie meal for a crazy Kino directed by Carnior La Zombie Familly! Where you can see Anouk as Cathy Zombie.

During this same Kabaret, Jonathan participated to 2 more kino, with some blood skills. The first one directed by Bertin Sénéchal and a second one, where you can see him lying in a pool of his own cooked blood!
